How Gospel Station started...

My name is Rahul Gupta, and I was saved by Lord Jesus Christ in the first few months of 2016. In that same year, I felt a great desire and conviction from the Holy Spirit to serve as a witness for Him, but I was a little hesitant to go out into the streets and preach the gospel on my own. Instead, I shared my fears and worries with the Lord in prayer, humbly asking Him to connect me with other believers in the area so that I could join them. After a few months of persistent prayer, I received a call from a missionary named Chacko Thomas, asking me to join him for the Easter Gospel Outreach.  

I got to know a local evangelist brother in Christ during this Outreach, and we began doing frequent outreach work in Watford. The prayers answered with this. As the gospel group grew, it was very joyous and encouraging to proclaim the gospel on the streets, pray for the sick, and distribute Gospel tracts, among other things.  

God started nagging me in 2021 to begin praying for a name for this Gospel group.  I obeyed and laid my request out before the Lord to which he answered with a clear voice : Gospel Station in prayers.    Even more so, a few days later, the same name was confirmed by another believer completely out of the blue. Upon this clear confirmation, the gospel group was ordained, evangelism ministry was born and officially named as “Gospel Station”. 

Over the months we have shared the gospel with multitudes on the streets, distributed countless leaflets and bibles, and have been given the opportunity to pray for the sick and needy.  We eagerly anticipate what God has in store for us down the road.
